Vision, Mission and Key Objectives

The vision of the Embassy is to function within the norms of India’s Foreign Policy formulated by the Ministry of External Affairs and its implementation to establish close and friendly Bilateral Diplomatic Relations with Iceland.

The key objectives of the Mission are to provide consular & VISA related assistance to the people of Indian Origin, Indian diaspora and Foreign Nationals and develop close and friendly Bilateral Diplomatic relations with Iceland.

Grievance Redressal

 Any grievance or complaint arising out of any non-compliance of service standards, failure in delivery of service or in the functioning of the Embassy may be logged online at (a) Central Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) www.pgportal.gov.in

Shri Kapil Verma, Consular Officer is available to address any grievance/issue with regard to passport and consular services between 10 to 12hrs on working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) in the Consular wing of Embassy of India, Reykjavik.
